TRAFFIC UPDATE ON LAGOS-IBADAN EXPRESSWAY.

LOCATION: KARA BRIDGE, LONGBRIDGE TO MFM.

Heavy traffic is presently being experienced along the axis as a result of the impatient on the part of motorists driving against traffic (route violation), due to the repairs of the expansion joints on the outbound section of the carriageway.

While TRACE, FRSC, LASTMA and the Police are making frantic efforts to restore and normalise traffic flow, the following alternative routes are suggested to motorists just making their way inbound Lagos, so that they will not be caught in the gridlock.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES.

✓ Those coming to Lagos from Interchange should go through Abeokuta-Sango Expressway.

✓ Sagamu – Ogijo-Ikorodu Road.

✓ While those coming from the East should go through Ijebu-Ode / Epe Expressway to Lagos.

However, any inconveniences is highly regretted.
