The general public, particularly motorists plying the Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, are hereby informed that the Federal Ministry of Works, in collaboration with Buildwell Construction Company, will carry out a temporary traffic diversion at Magboro for the installation of warning gantries along the expressway.
The diversion will be between the Magboro Underpass and Ibafo, with traffic rejoining the main carriageway at the NASFAT turning.
The operation is necessary to facilitate the installation of a warning gantry located at Kilometre 13, Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, in front of Mountain Top University, a few metres before Ibafo

During the operation:
Cars, buses, and mini trucks will be diverted through the Magboro Underpass and routed via Ibafo before rejoining the expressway at the NASFAT turning.
Articulated vehicles and heavy-duty trucks will be temporarily held in place until the installation is completed.
The operation is expected to last between 45 minutes and one hour during the peak hours.
Motorists are advised to exercise patience, obey traffic regulations, and comply with directions from traffic management personnel

Officers of Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Agency and Federal Road Safety Corps will be strategically positioned along the corridor to manage traffic flow and ensure the safety of all road users throughout the exercise.
The cooperation and understanding of the motoring public are highly appreciated
